bobbins news today that Chris Sievey aka the fantastic Frank Sidebottom died today at the age of 54 from Cancer.
Rather than put up something from ol’ pumpkinhead here’s the first record I brought by the great man. The Freshies - Tell Her I’m Ill … it’s acually the b side to I Can’t Get Bouncing Babies by the Teardrop Explodes but this was the side I loved … pure power pop / new wave.
RIP Frank you gave us many a good night.
